 The Mechanical Heart
Heart is made with tinplate and box and mechanisms are plywood, brass, metal bands and leather made.There is a four legged box where visible mechanism works, making the heart beating.The sound is produced by two hammers and drums, accioned by eccentric cams.The mechanism is mouved by hand. © All images, texts and the idea of the artists work are subject to the German copyright law and if pro rata the relevant collecting society and if pro rata the photographer.
