 Spira
Kinetic Sculpture 'Spira' is Installed through the Downtown Development Authority inFort Lauderdale, Florida at the Broward County Courthouse. Spira has endured brushesin two hurricanes in 2004 with winds of 70 mph and hit by Katrina's 94 MPH sustainedwinds with gusts to 110.
