In 2004 David completed a large public art project for the City of Reno, Nevada, USA. The project consisted of building and installing a total of 63 kinetic wind sculptures for the light poles in Reno's "Arts and Culture District". Since the projects completion, David has received several requests from individuals wishing to purchase similar sculptures for their homes. "Like City" (because it's like the City of Reno sculptures), is David's answer to those requests. The spinning element is constructed of copper and stainless steel.
